The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including identifying and resolving issues, managing supplies, and coordinating business travel. They will also collaborate with the Headquarter team on welfare and cultural activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in office management, strong communication skills, and be a dedicated team player fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Must Have

• Proactively identify and report office-related issues, working closely with vendors to resolve them

• Procure and manage office supplies
• Coordinate itinerary bookings and manage expenses for business trips
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks required to ensure smooth office operations
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Dedicated, responsible, and an excellent team player
