Overseas Contractor

The Overseas Contractor role requires 15 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong knowledge of Core HR Security and Payroll Integration. Responsibilities include driving project deliverables, preparing functional specifications, conducting various types of testing (functional, integration, UAT), and providing user training on Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The role also involves managing data conversion, applying Oracle Quarterly Patch updates, leading a team of Oracle consultants, and coordinating project activities with clients.

Must Have

• 15 Years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong knowledge of Core HR Security Payroll Integration
• Aware of Oracle cloud ecosystem and interaction of its various components ie HCM OIC and FDI
• Well versed in requirement gathering, document preparation, review, testing and training
• Drive project deliverables and adhere to project timeline
• Prepare functional specs, review, configure functional design
• Perform functional testing, functional configuration review, integration testing, reports validation, data conversion validation
• Experience to perform testing and coordinate with users
• Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
• Prepare test cases based on Business scenarios
• Execute test cases in DEV and SIT
• Coordinate UAT testing with business
• Document and report all test results across SIT, DEV, UAT
• Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
• Coordinate with downstream system owners/vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
• Drive End-to-End Integration testing
• Experience in applying Oracle Quarterly Patch updates with impact analysis
• Ability to drive functional design sessions related to new requirements and Oracle quarterly updates
• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC and FDI
• Coordinate on various project activities with team and client
• Knowledge of implementation support project governance, preparing track level status report, presenting to client
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
