Overseas Contractor

Seeking an Overseas Contractor with 15 years of experience in application development, hosting, and modernization to Azure PaaS. The role requires expertise in configuring and optimizing applications on Azure PaaS services, strong problem-solving skills, and experience technically guiding and managing a team of over 5 members. Candidates should have a solid understanding of application, database, and integration component migration pathways.

Must Have

• 15 Years of development experience in application development
• Experience in hosting and configuring applications on application servers
• Experience in modernization of Applications to Azure PaaS platform
• Expertise in application hosting configuration optimization in Azure PaaS services
• Hands on web application development skills in .NET, JAVA, Node.js, or Python
• Hands-on experience in deploying applications on at least two Azure cloud PaaS services (App Service, Function, Kubernetes Service, Container Instance)
• Primary database skills like database connectivity configurations
• Well versed with containerizing web application frontend and web services
• Knowledge of hosting containerized application on Kubernetes
• Ability to analyze application dependencies and configuration issues
• Experience in setting up Log Analytics using Azure services

Good to Have

• Troubleshooting experience with Azure PaaS platform
• Basic understanding of containerization
