Job Summary

This is a Hybrid Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead role requiring 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. The lead will be responsible for driving project deliverables, preparing functional specifications, conducting testing (DEV, SIT, UAT), and coordinating with users and vendors. Key responsibilities include managing Oracle cloud ecosystem components like HCM, OIC, and FDI, handling data conversion, applying quarterly patch updates, and leading a team of consultants. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for client coordination and project governance.

Must Have

  • 15 Years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, Payroll, and Integration
  • Awareness of Oracle cloud ecosystem components (HCM, OIC, FDI)
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, document preparation, review, testing, and training
  • Ability to drive project deliverables and adhere to timelines
  • Experience in preparing functional specs, reviewing, and configuring functional design
  • Expertise in functional testing, configuration review, integration testing, reports validation, and data conversion validation
  • Experience in performing and coordinating user testing
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications
  • Skill in preparing test cases based on business scenarios and executing them in DEV and SIT
  • Capability to coordinate UAT testing with business and document/report all test results
  • Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion
  • Coordination with downstream system owners/vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
  • Ability to drive End-to-End Integration testing
  • Experience in applying Oracle Quarterly Patch updates with impact analysis
  • Capability to drive functional design sessions for new requirements and Oracle quarterly updates
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of Oracle consultants (HCM, OIC, FDI)
  • Ability to coordinate various project activities with the team and client
  • Knowledge of implementation support, project governance, and preparing/presenting track-level status reports
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Job Description
