CNC Lathe Operator (2-shift)

As a CNC Lathe Operator in a 2-shift operation at the Birr production site, you will set up and operate CNC machines and conventional lathes for turbine components, monitor systems, perform maintenance, deburr, mark parts, and conduct quality controls, documenting production figures.

Must Have

• Set up and operate a CNC machine and a conventional lathe for processing turbine components.
• Equip operating resources (fixtures, grinding wheels, milling tools, and electrodes) for component processing.
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot, also in collaboration with the maintenance department.
• Perform maintenance on systems and peripheral devices.
• Deburr and mark components according to required specifications.
• Conduct independent dimensional controls (quality control) and confirm quality checks in SAP.
• Document production figures.
• Completed technical training or experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of CNC machining and conventional turning.
• Good knowledge and experience in quality inspection.
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and documents.
• Good PC skills and good German language skills (written and spoken).
