Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector performs quality inspection activities to ensure products meet technical and customer requirements. This role involves inspecting and preparing reports for product verification across various stages, including incoming materials, LHM, Fining, Harp, Module, Painting, and Packing. The inspector must understand drawings, project specifications, and ASME Code requirements, performing inspections independently and in cooperation with client inspectors.

Must Have

• Understand DWG and description requirements
• Understand quality inspection procedure based on ASME Code Project
• Perform independent inspection and cooperate with owner inspector
• Make inspection reports
• Follow safety, quality, compliance requirements
• College, intermediate, or vocational degree in mechanical or industrial fields
• Understand basic English in DWG, Project Spec, Code requirements
• Good attitude and ability to work under pressure
• At least 3 years of experience in QC inspection for power plant

Role Summary/Purpose:

Perform inspection and prepare reports for product verification. This includes, but is not limited to, checking the following areas: Incoming materials, LHM (Link-Header-Machine), Fining, Harp, Module, Painting & Packing

Essential Responsibilities:

• DWG understand and the description required
• Understand the quality inspection procedure base on ASME Code Project - Independent inspection and cooperation with owner inspector - Make inspection report
• Follow safety, quality, compliance requirement

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College, intermediate, vocational degree in mechanical or industrial fields
• Can understand English basic in DWG, Project Spec, Code requirements
• Good attitude and work under pressure part
• Prefer experience in QC inspection at least 3 years for power plant
