Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining production line process technical documents such as PFEA, control plans, and work instructions. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving process issues to minimize line stoppages and improve production efficiency. Key duties include conducting process training and assessments for employees, especially for critical positions, and managing the archiving of process documents. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Automation, or Vehicle Engineering, with over 3 years of experience in assembly and mechanical processing. Proficiency in quality tools like FIEA and drawing software like CAD/CATIA/UG is required.

Must Have

  • Responsible for writing and maintaining production process technical documents (PFEA, control plans, work instructions).

  • Skilled in office software (Excel, Word, PPT) and drawing software (CAD, CATIA, UG).

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for writing and maintaining production process technical documents, such as PFEA, control plans, work instructions, etc.

2. Responsible for handling and resolving process issues, reducing line stoppages caused by process problems, helping the production line improve production efficiency from a process perspective, and cooperating with the production manufacturing department to complete the factory production plan.

3. Responsible for conducting process training and training assessments for employees (including key positions), and participating in the skill certification review for key personnel.

4. Responsible for the archiving and management of process documents such as work instructions and control plans.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics/Mechanical Design, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or other related majors.

2. 3+ years of work experience, familiar with assembly and mechanical processing related process flows.

3. Possess the ability to use quality tool FIEA, quality problem improvement ability, and work handover maintenance ability.

4. Proficient in using office software such as Excel/Word/PPT, and master drawing software such as CAD/CATIA/UG.
