Must Have

Job Introduction

Job Title: Director of President's Office (Group Strategic Operations Direction)

Reports to: Group Vice President

Work Location: Foshan City - Shunde District Age: 35-39 years old

Annual Salary Range: 1,000,000 - 1,400,000 RMB/year, negotiable based on individual ability, experience, and interview performance.

Team: Expected to manage 15-20 people (depending on specific functional divisions, may include core modules such as enterprise management, informatization, human resources).

Responsibilities:

1. Overall Group Strategic Planning and Implementation: Assist the Group Vice President in formulating or optimizing the group's overall development strategy and business layout, and decompose them into executable operational goals and action plans.

2. Organizational Change and Efficiency Improvement: Lead group-level organizational structure optimization, business process re-engineering, management model innovation, and other change projects to enhance overall group operational efficiency and management level.

3. Strategic Execution Control and Performance Evaluation: Establish and improve the strategic execution monitoring system, track the progress of key strategic initiatives, analyze deviations, propose improvement suggestions, and promote the achievement of the group's annual operating plan.

4. Strategic Operations Project Management: Responsible for the planning, initiation, implementation, and evaluation of important strategic operational projects of the group, ensuring high quality, on-time, and on-budget completion.

5. Enterprise Operations System Optimization: Participate in formulating group operational strategies, focusing on cross-departmental collaboration efficiency, resource allocation optimization, cost control, and profitability improvement, and supervise their implementation.

6. Informatization Construction and Digital Transformation (Strategic Perspective): From a strategic level, plan and promote the group's informatization construction and digital transformation, ensuring that information systems can support business development and strategic implementation, and enhance management efficiency and decision support capabilities.

7. Cadre Development and Organizational Capability Building (Strategic Linkage): Establish and optimize cadre selection, training, assessment, and incentive mechanisms that align with the strategy, building a high-performance leadership team to support strategic realization.

8. New Business/New Model Research and Evaluation: Track macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and emerging business models, providing forward-looking research and evaluation reports for the group's strategic decisions.

9. Corporate Culture and Values (Strategic Implementation): Combine strategic goals and change requirements to shape and disseminate a corporate culture that adapts to strategic development, enhancing employees' sense of identity and execution of changes.

Job Requirements:

I. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, "Double First-Class" universities preferred, majors in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology or related fields preferred.

II. Work Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational change, operations management, or project management, including at least 5 years as a head of strategic department, change management department, operations management department, President's Office (responsible for strategy or change functions), or equivalent important functional department in large enterprises (especially those with tens of billions in revenue). Experience in successful organizational change or strategic project implementation preferred.

III. Professional Skills:

1. Proficient in strategic planning, business model analysis, organizational design, and change management theories and practices.

2. Familiar with enterprise operations management, process optimization, project management methodologies.

3. Possess a solid strategic understanding of informatization construction, digital transformation planning, and implementation.

4. Possess strong strategic analysis, logical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

5. Familiar with financial analysis and cost management, capable of evaluating project and business value from an operational perspective.

V. Decision-making Ability: Able to make quick and accurate strategic and operational decisions based on data and in-depth analysis in a complex and volatile business environment.
