Job Summary
The Administrative HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including talent management, recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations, and corporate culture. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring operational efficiency within the administrative and HR departments. Candidates should have a college degree in HR or Business Administration, 3+ years of experience in large real estate companies, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Must Have
- Comprehensive understanding and operation of major human resource modules

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensively understand and operate all major modules of human resources.
2. Formulate departmental annual and monthly work plans, and promote administrative HR work according to plans.
3. Deeply understand the talent status in the commercial real estate industry, and actively promote talent attraction, retention, and development through human resource management activities, optimize the departmental organizational structure, enhance team cohesion, and ensure the stability of key employees.
4. Understand employee dynamics and needs, assist departments in employee care, establish good internal communication channels, and promptly discover, feedback, and solve internal management problems.
5. Responsible for human resource work such as employee recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
6. Responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of annual training plans, conducting training evaluations, and tracking training effectiveness.
7. Responsible for organizing and promoting corporate culture construction.
8. Organize the preparation of the company's annual and monthly administrative HR expense budgets, plan, implement, and control various expenditures.
9. Responsible for company asset, seal, archive, vehicle, employee canteen, and office environment management.
10. Organize major company employee activities and daily office meetings according to the general manager's instructions.
11. Responsible for the annual inspection of company business licenses, organization code certificates, and other licenses.
12. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2. More than 3 years of work experience in large real estate companies or related fields.
3. Professional qualification as a Level 2 Human Resource Manager is preferred.
4. Proficient in computer applications, software, and hardware.
5. Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills, and sense of responsibility.
