Project Manager

Papaya, a fast-growing mobile gaming company, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager for its Tel Aviv office. The role involves creating cross-organizational work processes, overseeing business-critical pipelines, and leading multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel, manage project progress, share updates with stakeholders, identify risks, and drive process improvements.

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Excellent managerial skills

• Can do approach, creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development

We are seeking a highly organized project manager with outstanding communication abilities and proven experience in project management. The project manager will help create cross-organizational work processes and oversee large-scale, business-critical work pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel and have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve execution excellence in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Regularly sync with all company functions and communicate progress on key projects and initiatives.
• Sharing project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to work on process improvement initiatives in line with Papaya’s strategies.
• Capture learnings from the project and incrementally improve processes and solutions based on the same.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Excellent managerial skills with previous experience in coordinating large, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
