IN-Project Manager - Sales Support

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of our inhouse application ecosystem. This role involves partnering with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and resilient application architectures aligned with our technology vision. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with expertise in modern software development, cloud-native solutions, and architectural governance. Key responsibilities include designing and governing production-grade architectures, leading technical strategy for modernization and AI initiatives, collaborating with various teams for integration, guiding Node.js adoption, evaluating emerging technologies, and enforcing architectural standards.

Must Have

• Design and govern production grade application architectures across web, and backend systems.
• Lead technical strategy for application modernization, microservices adoption, API design, and AI migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI Teams, Business, and Data teams to integrate architecture with CI/CD, observability, and compliance requirements.
• Guide teams in adopting Node.js for lightweight services, APIs, and integration layers.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Develop and enforce architecture principles, patterns, standards, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code assessments, and technology stack evaluations.
• Mentor senior developers and engineering leads on architectural decisions and system design.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, future-proof technical solutions.
