Job Summary
Likewize is seeking an ISO Project Coordinator for their Flower Mound, TX distribution center. This role ensures compliance with ISO standards and maintains operational excellence across Flower Mound and Lewisville warehouses. Responsibilities include managing ISO documentation, overseeing the safety program, maintaining records, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal safety protocols.
Must Have
- Manage, create, and control all ISO documentation (work instructions, forms, job aids, flowcharts).
- Maintain and follow up on corrective actions, quality events, and compliance records in QT9.
- Conduct annual desk audits for R2v3 suppliers and ensure compliance documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
- Lead coordination and administration of warehouse safety initiatives (training, orientations, incident documentation, inspections, reporting).
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership for continuous improvement, safety, and compliance.
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance, safety, or ISO support.
- Experience in project or operations coordination.
- Experience creating, maintaining, or controlling formal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally.
- Attention to detail and high accountability.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
Good to Have
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience with QT9 or other Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience supporting or participating in internal or external audits.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Job Description
General Summary
This role is for a Project Coordinator to join our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX.
In this role, you’ll be ensuring compliance with ISO standards and maintain operational excellence across our Flower Mound and Lewisville warehouses. You will oversee critical aspects of ISO compliance including the ISO records, the safety program, maintenance records, and various documentation categories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, create, and control all ISO documentation across including work instructions, forms, job aids, and flowcharts.
- Maintain and follow up on corrective actions, quality events, and compliance records within the quality management system (QT9).
- Conduct annual desk audits for R2v3 suppliers and ensure all compliance documentation is accurate, current, and audit-ready.
- Lead the coordination and administration of warehouse safety initiatives including safety training, new hire safety orientations, incident documentation, facility inspections, and safety reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to support continuous improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, safety, or ISO support
- Relevant experience in project coordination or operations coordination
- Experience creating, maintaining, and/or controlling formal documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively to leadership and teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high level of accountability
- Ability to work onsite at the Flower Mound distribution center 5 days a week
