Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE +Bonus

We are looking for a Regional Sales Coach to maintain and expand key stakeholder relationships embedding our products and services within our clients business priorities and identify new growth opportunities to achieve the desired objectives.
You will ensure our clients have robust oversight and controls in place to evidence sales process adherence, ongoing training and competence of their employees as well identify improvements that will aid in product embedding or end sale to consumers.
Within this role you will also be required to provide our clients sales staff with the knowledge to achieve a compliant sale in line with regulatory requirements through the design and delivery of an effective training, marketing and incentive strategies across all sales channels, including call centre and retail locations.
