This role involves managing the entire outbound flow, from pick, pack, and ship through dock execution, as well as leading inventory management. Responsibilities include labor planning, people management, leading outbound fulfillment, overseeing inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Must Have
- Plan and manage daily labor requirements.
- Oversee a team of Supervisors, Coordinators, and hourly associates.
- Lead all outbound fulfillment activities.
- Oversee shipping and dock operations.
- Drive on-time shipment performance.
- Oversee inventory management teams.
- Lead cycle count programs and root cause analysis.
- Lead and manage special projects for warehouse improvement.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs.
- 5+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in labor planning, team management, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Agile mindset to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Good to Have
- Experience with inventory management systems

General Summary
Likewize is searching for a highly organized, results driven Operations Manager to oversee Outbound Operations and inventory management at our Warehouse located in Flower Mound, TX. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire outbound flow, from pick, pack and ship through dock execution – as well as leading inventory management.
The ideal candidate is an agile leader with strong labor planning, people management, and project management capabilities who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse. This individual will drive operational excellence through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and effective team leadership.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Labor Planning & People Management
- Plan and manage daily labor requirements to ensure adequate staffing and optimal resource utilization.
- Directly oversee a team of Supervisors, Coordinators and hourly associates ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols and company policies
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement and performance excellence.
Outbound Operations - Pick/Pack/Ship
- Lead all outbound fulfillment activities, ensuring accurate and timely pick, pack and ship execution.
- Oversee shipping and dock operations, ensuring products are accurately transacted out of the WMS and inventory systems.
- Drive on-time shipment performance while minimizing errors, rework and delays.
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory management teams responsible for inventory accuracy, control and system integrity.
- Lead cycle count programs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to address inventory variances.
- Partner with finance, IT and Quality teams to maintain inventory compliance and audit readiness.
Project Management & Process Improvement
- Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving the warehouse flows, productivity, and operational scalability.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to labor productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels and throughput.
Adaptability & Quick Learning
- Stay agile and ready to learn new processes, tools, or systems as the company evolves and grows.
- Adapt to changes in business priorities, ensuring that team goals align with broader company objectives.
If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in labor planning, team management, and process optimization.
- Experience with inventory management systems and product grading is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead by example.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate with various departments.
- Agile mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and operational processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
