Job Summary

As a Content Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing content projects and the creation of training content for the mobile application. This includes formulating detailed technical specifications for the content team, maintaining effective communication, agreeing on deadlines, and resolving work challenges. You will also structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, ensuring the high quality of the final product.
Must Have
- Manage content projects and the process of creating training content for the mobile application
- Formulate detailed technical specifications for the content team

- Structure, organize, and visualize information in Google Sheets
- Ensure high quality of the final product
- 1+ year of experience in project management (in commercial sphere, public organization)
- Strong communication and self-organization skills: structuring tasks, prioritizing, agreeing on deadlines
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and show initiative in finding solutions
- English language at B2 level or higher, confident oral and written communication
- Proficient in Google Sheets and other tools for structuring, organizing, and visualizing information
- Interest in health, fitness, and active lifestyle
Good to Have
- Experience working with training content (e.g., in blogs, mobile applications, sports clubs)
- Basic knowledge and skills in Jira
- Experience in coaching or systematic sports activities
- Experience working with texts (English language)
