TikTok Ads Specialist

BetterMe is a global wellness ecosystem seeking a TikTok Ads Specialist to join their User Acquisition team. The role involves developing and scaling Paid Social with a focus on TikTok Ads, launching and optimizing user acquisition campaigns, creating effective creative briefs for designers, analyzing campaign results, and conducting A/B tests. The specialist will work closely with analytical and creative teams to find effective solutions for user engagement.

Must Have

• Develop and scale Paid Social with a focus on TikTok Ads
• Launch and optimize new user acquisition campaigns
• Formulate technical specifications for designers for effective creatives
• Analyze campaign results and conduct A/B tests
• Work closely with analytical and creative teams
• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or User Acquisition
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads Manager
• Ability to work with budgets and analyze performance metrics
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Proactive mindset and desire to test hypotheses and find solutions

Good to Have

• Experience working with budgets from $50K per month
• Skills in A/B testing and result-oriented campaign optimization

• Practical experience with TikTok Ads Manager;

• English – Upper-Intermediate;
• Proactive mindset and desire to test hypotheses and find solutions.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience working with budgets from $50K per month;
• Skills in A/B testing and result-oriented campaign optimization.
