Must Have

Your future tasks:

• Develop and improve UI/UX solutions for E-commerce and B2B platforms.
• Create promotional landing pages for physical products (BetterMe Smart Scales, BetterMe Fitness Tracker), B2B direction (pilates/yoga equipment), and other promotional campaigns that advertise the BetterMe brand.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, improve existing solutions, and ensure correct design implementation.
• Create clear, structured documentation for developers, covering interaction logic, animations, and element behavior in various states.
• Interact with E-com, Product, Content, PR, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Creative (illustration, animation, 3D) and Production (photo and video shooting) teams.

What you will need for this?

• Portfolio with modern, aesthetic works.
• Experience in developing E-commerce projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Web or UI/UX designer.
• Ability to do quality Product & Web-design using typography, photography, and appropriate graphics, without unnecessary embellishments.
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop/Illustrator, AfterEffects/Figma Animation/Jitter.
• Experience with design systems: ability to create, maintain, and scale components.
• Understanding the logic of design implementation and ability to effectively communicate with developers.
• Ability to distinguish professional content (photo, video, illustration, 3D) among thousands of stock photos.
• Ideological approach to tasks — ability to think flexibly, look for non-standard solutions, and adapt to changes.
• Product thinking — user, task, and business result oriented instead of "design for design's sake".
• Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to convey ideas, effectively collaborate with the team and related departments, provide constructive feedback.
• Self-organization — ability to rationally plan time and maintain work-life balance.

It would be great if you also have:
