PR & Employer Brand Manager

The PR & Employer Brand Manager will develop external brand communications in the Ukrainian market, focusing on increasing brand awareness through media pitching, maintaining editorial relationships, and tracking communication trends. The role also involves implementing the employer brand strategy by ensuring participation in awards, developing speaker recognition, and creating partnerships. Monitoring target indicators and implementing changes are also key responsibilities.

Must Have

• Develop external brand communications in the Ukrainian market.
• Implement employer brand development strategy.
• Monitor target indicators and implement changes.
• 3+ years experience in PR, Comms, Event management, Employer Branding.
• Understanding of Ukrainian media market.
• English B1-B2 level and above.
• Project management skills.
• Perfect command of Ukrainian language.

Good to Have

• Examples of text placement in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian media.
• Experience in employer brand development: planning, implementation, and evaluation of campaign results.
• Experience in implementing communication campaigns from scratch.

Your future tasks:

• Development of external brand communications in the Ukrainian market to strengthen brand awareness:
• finding news hooks and pitching to media;
• maintaining positive relationships with editorial offices;
• interacting with external writers and internal contributors to prepare materials;
• tracking communication trends and implementing new approaches.

• Implementation of the employer brand development strategy:
• ensuring participation in specialized awards, conferences, and ratings;
• developing speaker recognition through internal and external events;
• creating own news hooks, including implementing partnerships, collaborations, projects, etc.
• Monitoring target indicators and implementing changes.

What will you need for this?

• 3+ years of experience in creative niches (PR, Comms, Event management, Employer Branding);
• Understanding of the Ukrainian media market;
• English at B1-B2 level and above;
• Activity, sociability, initiative, stress resistance, creative thinking;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Project management skills;
• Perfect command of the Ukrainian language.

It will be a plus if you have:
