The company is seeking a Content Writer/Editor with strong experience to ensure high-quality textual content across courses, PDFs, video scripts, and other materials, covering topics like psychology, health, marketing, self-help, EdTech, and fashion.

Must Have

• Write and edit content: lessons, PDFs, video scripts, instructions
• Work with various topics: psychology, health/weight loss, marketing, self-help, EdTech, fashion
• Adapt style to different formats: courses, social networks, YouTube, promo, slides
• Improve content logic and structure together with the team
• Select and coordinate freelance writers, control the quality of their texts
• Edit freelance texts to meet internal quality standards
• Create content standards: templates, tone of voice, structures
• Conduct content research: topic analysis, competitors, insight search
• Conduct content QA before release
• Work with AI: learn new tools, create prompts, templates, AI guides
• 3+ years of experience in content writing and editing in English (courses, self-help, wellness, marketing or related fields)
• Advanced English (with native-level language feel)
• Experience working in product companies or creative/content agencies on Content Writer / Editor, Course Writer, EdTech Writer, Creative Writer roles
• Experience working with various formats: content modules, PDFs, video scripts, educational materials
• Experience finding and coordinating the work of freelance writers
• Ability to write deeply, clearly and engagingly, quickly master new topics and maintain high quality content
• Experience creating Tone of Voice Guide, Content Style Guide, Structure Templates
• Readiness to work in a test-iterative environment: A/B tests, rapid changes, experiments
• Confident work with AI-tools for content (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI)
• Experience with task managers (Jira, Notion, Asana) and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
