Job Summary
BetterMe, a health tech company since 2017, is seeking a Lead Content Producer to manage content projects from concept to release. This role involves building processes, leading a team of contractors, and ensuring high-quality content for physical and mental health solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in content/course production, strong project management skills, and expertise in digital products, contributing to BetterMe's mission of making a healthy lifestyle accessible globally.
Must Have
- Plan and produce the full content/course cycle
- Create structures, terms of reference, briefs; decompose content
- Coordinate writers, methodologists, designers, editors, and other specialists
- Control content quality: logic, structure, depth, clarity, tone of voice
- Provide content, stylistic, and methodological edits
- Research topics, analyze competitors, market, formats; propose ideas and improvements
- Search, select, onboard, and develop a freelance base for various content formats
- Manage several projects in parallel and work effectively with priorities
- Build processes, checklists, templates in Notion/Jira
- Integrate AI solutions for workflow optimization
- Ensure transparent communication and timely updates to the team
- 2-5 years of experience in Content Producer / Content Lead / Course Producer / Content PM roles
- Proven experience creating end-to-end courses and large content products
- Experience working with digital products (apps, EdTech, creative agencies)
- Experience hiring and managing contractors and freelancers (writers, designers, methodologists, editors, SME)
- Ability to work with business goals and form relevant content solutions
- Strong skills in structuring, content architecture, analytics, and content taste
- Ability for quick research and work in a multi-domain environment
- High level of English (for working with English-language content)
