Job Summary

Playtika is seeking a strong, hands-on Employer Branding professional to join the Global Brand team. This role involves leading and adapting global Employer Branding initiatives across multiple markets, based in Israel, during a maternity leave cover. The position requires strategic thinking, end-to-end execution, and strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, studios, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding efforts.

Must Have

is looking for a strong, hands-on Employer Branding professional to join the Global Brand team and support our global Employer Branding initiatives during a maternity leave cover. This role is based in and focuses on leading and adapting global Employer Branding initiatives across multiple markets, in close collaboration with global and local stakeholders.

Reporting to the Global Corporate Brand Manager, this role combines strategic thinking with end-to-end execution in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.

This is a highly intensive role, suited for an Employer Branding professional with strong project management skills, high ownership, resilience, and the ability to independently drive complex processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute global Employer Branding initiatives with a 360 approach. from strategy and creative development to execution and internal and external rollout
  • Work closely with HR, Internal Communications, studios, WB, global partners, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with Internal Communications to align employer branding initiatives with internal messaging and organizational narratives
  • Lead Employer Branding content, campaigns, and events on both local and global levels
  • Partner closely with the Social Media Manager on Employer Branding-related social activity, including strategic thinking, content planning, and execution
  • Manage external vendors and partners, from briefing through execution
  • Coordinate design and branding efforts and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Employer Branding role
  • Proven experience leading complex, end-to-end marketing, advertising, or branding projects
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong experience collaborating with social media teams, with a solid understanding of platforms, content, and strategic thinking
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners
  • Highly hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure and changing priorities
  • High attention to detail, alongside the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
