Must Have
- Monitor daily ad performance (CPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, impressions, revenue) across multiple titles.
- Assist in optimizing bidding strategies and floor prices within mediation platforms.
- Support implementation and testing of new ad placements, formats, and partners.
- Help troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, latency, or discrepancies.
- Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards on ad performance at game /country/platform level.
- Perform basic data analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support A/B tests on ad strategies (frequency caps, placements, networks) and summarize results and recommendations.
- Ensure ad implementations follow internal UX guidelines and do not harm user experience.
- Support checks for policy compliance (store policies, GDPR/CCPA, consent frameworks, COPPA where relevant).
- Assist in monitoring ad quality issues, technical problems and escalating them to partners.
- Work and collab with multiple departments in Playtika.
- Technical background in Operations, CRM, Configuration, Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to learn and operate multiple platform.
- Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
- Analytic skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- English proficiency, both spoken and written.
