BUSINESS ANALYTICS TEAM LEADER

Playtika is seeking a Business Analytics Team Leader to join their team. This role involves managing and prioritizing tasks within the BA team, onboarding new employees, building analytics plans, and ensuring knowledge sharing. The leader will also serve as a professional focal point, supervise data-related work procedures, and be responsible for data structure and quality. The position focuses on team development, process improvement, and fostering communication across studio domains.

Must Have

• Manage and prioritize tasks in the BA team.
• On-board and guide new employees.
• Build analytics plans supporting the roadmap.
• Ensure team knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a professional focal point for business questions.
• Supervise and improve data-related work procedures.
• Responsible for data structure and quality.
• Develop the team, direct process improvements, and specialization.
• Invest in team building and motivation.
• Create and maintain communication channels.
• 3+ Years of experience in data domains (BA, game economy, statistics).
• Expert in SQL, Excel, Tableau.
• In-depth understanding of data, data analysis, and insights.
• Ability to extract and refine action items from analysis.

Good to Have

• In-depth understanding/experience in game economy.
• Managerial experience.

What will you be doing? * Manage and prioritizes tasks in the BA team. * On-boards, guides new employees and manages employees' life cycle in the organization. * Builds an analytics plan that supports the road map. * In charge of the team's knowledge sharing. * Serves as a professional focal point - answers specific business questions in real-time. * Supervises and improves the BA team and cross unit’s data-related work procedures. * Responsible for the data structure and quality in the studio. * Develops the team: directs, brings about process improvements and specialization. Builds work processes within the team and with other teams. * Invests in team building and creates motivation in the team. Assists employees in getting the best out of themselves. * Creates and maintains communication channels with other domains in the studio. Your Experience & Skills * 3+ Years of experience in different data domains (BA, game economy, statistics). * Expert in SQL (very high), Excel, Tableau. * In depth understanding of data, data analysis and obtaining insights from data. * Ability to extract and refine action items from analysis. * In depth understanding/experience in game economy - an advantage. * Managerial experience - an advantage.
