Playtika, a leader in interactive entertainment, is seeking a highly talented People Analyst. This role is crucial within the HR Department, focusing on transforming HR and organizational data into actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives. The analyst will gather data from various sources, develop dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, build forecast models with statistical and machine learning techniques, and present data-driven insights to senior management. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to support HR functions across the company.

Must Have

  • Gather and organize data from various sources
  • Develop dashboards that communicate key insights to stakeholders using BI tools (Tableau)
  • Build forecast models in various HR fields using statistic models and machine learning (AI)
  • Employ statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Present data to Playtika's senior management with actionable insights
  • Work with information-systems team to define data structure requirements
  • Work closely with managers to implement HR analytics tools
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving for HR functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Business/Data analyst
  • Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
  • Expert in SQL with experience in complex data sets
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Great communication skills to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain high discretion with sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew

  • Experience with building predictive statistic models

Playtika is looking for a highly talented People Analyst to join our incredible team! As a People Analyst, you will be in a key role in our HR Department and will be responsible for transforming HR data and organizational data into actionable and smart insights that drive strategic initiatives forward. ## Responsibilities * Gather and organize data from various sources, including HR systems, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant datasets * Develop dashboards that communicate key insights to stakeholders, including HR professionals, department heads, and executives using BI tools (Tableau) * Build forecast models in various HR fields using statistic models and machine learning (AI) * Employ statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within people data * Ongoing data presentations to Playtika's senior management, including actionable insights based on the company's KPIs. * Works with information-systems team and defines data structure requirements and needs for the different HR systems. * Work closely with different levels of managers to Implement HR analytics tools. * Provide ad-hoc analysis and problem solver abilities for HR Management, HR Business Partners, OD, Recruitment, Comp & Ben, and other HR functions. ## Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering , Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics * 2+ years of proven experiences as a Business\Data analyst * Experience working with BI / Data Visualization tools Tableau or similar BI tools – must * Expert in SQL with experience in complex data sets – must * Experience working with AI Tools – Advantage * Experience with building predictive statistic models – Advantage * Strong Excel skills. * Great communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations. * Trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of discretion in working with sensitive and highly confidential information. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
