As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Jam City, you will collaborate with stakeholders across games to understand their needs, design insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable analyses. Must Have

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and summarize requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with a data visualization tool (preferably Tableau).
• Experience interpreting and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them in analyses.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and summarize requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting purposes.
• Contribute to the creation of educational content to enhance the technical skills of the Analytics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with a data visualization tool (preferably Tableau).
• Experience interpreting and translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and the ability to apply them in analyses (e.g., descriptive statistics, trend analysis, or significance testing).
• 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with Databricks is desirable.
• Knowledge of Python is optional but beneficial
