Job Summary
The CS Tools Access Analyst at eBay is a key role within the Global Customer Experience (GCX) Access Management team. This position focuses on providing secure, compliant, and scalable access solutions across critical enterprise systems like NICE, eWFM, Siebel, and Genesys. The analyst will contribute to data governance, business continuity, and audit-readiness by developing and maintaining a centralized Secure Access platform and governance program, helping to reshape the future of ecommerce.
Must Have
- Analyze and specify access needs across enterprise systems (NICE, eWFM, Siebel, Genesys).
- Integrate systems into a unified Secure Access Management platform.
- Assist in automating Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) procedures.
- Evaluate user provisioning workflows and implement access rules.
- Contribute to access authorization rule development.
- Assist with access audits, user base reviews, and permissions inventory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in access management, GRC, or IT operations.
- Experience with IAM, RBAC principles, and workflow automation.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional groups and collect business requirements.
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of compliance, audit, or risk management processes.
- Experience crafting access rules or supporting automated approval workflows.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as NICE, eWFM, Siebel, Genesys.
- Understanding of access provisioning in regulated environments.
- Prior exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or service management systems.

The Access Management team serves as a strategic unit within the Global Customer Experience (GCX) organization. We prioritise providing secure, compliant, and scalable access solutions across crucial enterprise systems such as NICE, eWFM, Siebel, and Genesys. Our efforts support data governance, business continuity, and audit-readiness by developing and maintaining a centralised Secure Access platform and governance program.

What you will do:
Functional & Technical Responsibilities
- Analyse and specify access needs across enterprise systems such as NICE, eWFM, Siebel, and Genesys.
- Work together with different departments to integrate these systems into a unified Secure Access Management platform.
- Assist in automating Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) procedures to guarantee efficient and secure onboarding/offboarding.
- Evaluate user provisioning workflows and assist in the development and implementation of access rules and approval paths with a good eye toward compliance and risk mitigation.
- Contribute ideas and provide input on access authorisation rule development as automation increases.
- Assist with access audits, user base reviews, and permissions inventory to meet Information Security and regulatory requirements.
Business & Governance Support
- Participate in the development of a scalable Access Control Governance Program.
- Collaborate with compliance, Information Security, and business partners to align access controls with organization policies and standards.
- Support key initiatives such as Piggybacking Page/Resource Audit & Inventory, Protégé taxonomy simplification for system stability, and business continuity and compliance preparedness.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in access management, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), or IT operations.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), Role Based Access Control (RBAC) principles, and workflow automation.
- Strong documentation, analysis, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional groups and collect business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
