- Elevate analytics storytelling — synthesize insights from across teams into compelling, executive-ready narratives that advise and influence business strategy and direction.
- Lead executive communications — craft high-impact materials for the ELT that translate analytical findings into clear business implications and actionable recommendations.
- Bridge technical and business perspectives by distilling sophisticated analytical or computer-based concepts into concise insights that resonate with executive leadership.
- Enable outstanding analytics operations through partnership, process development, and a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation — ensuring the team remains a leader in AI and data-driven decisioning.
- Develop cross-functional alignment between Analytics, Product, and Business leadership to ensure insights directly shape strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes.

- Business and storytelling competence: Deep understanding of how analytics translate into levers for growth and efficiency, coupled with exceptional communication skills to craft executive-ready insights that influence strategy.
- Leadership and collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners, including proven experience working with C-level executives, developing content that is appropriate for this level of audience.
