Job Summary
The Staff Data Analyst at Enphase Energy will analyze and interpret product quality data throughout the entire product lifecycle, providing essential support for the Quality organization's data management activities. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, CS teams, and Information Technology. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for leveraging company data to drive product/process improvements, designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and standardized reports, implementing data governance and quality checks, running SQL/R/Python queries to diagnose problems, and delivering insights through custom visualizations and storytelling for executive presentations.
Must Have
- Function as a resource to departments and process improvement teams in quality data management
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data
- Work with cross functional teams to understand needs and run queries
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and standardized reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring, and visualization using BI tools and automated solutions
- Implement data governance and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Run SQL/R/Python queries on various databases to identify patterns and diagnose problems
- Deliver insights through custom visualizations and storytelling with data for executive presentations
- BE/B.Tech degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science
- 8+ years experience in data science
- Expertise in programming/query languages such as Python (Matplotlib, Plotly libraries)/R/SQL
- Design, develop, and implement data-driven strategies and analytical solutions
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Expertise in delivering analysis results using custom made visualizations
- Ability to interpret and summarize presentations for executives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

About the Role
The Staff Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting product quality data through the entire product lifecycle. Provides essential support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with Engineering /CS teams and Information Technology.

Who you are and What you bring
- BE/B.Tech degree or higher in Engineering, or Computer Science
