Good To Have:

Experience with SAP BW, BW on HANA, or BW/4HANA with SQL coding expertise.
Familiarity with SAC, HANA SQL Coding, Python.

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere.
Ensure high availability, performance, and quality of the platform.
Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams for smooth data flow.
Support and optimize SQL-based data models and transformations.
Apply solid understanding of data flows, pipeline structures, and integration.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for operations and incident handling.
Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
High standard of work quality and attention to detail.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Educational qualification: B.E., B.Tech.
Overall experience around 3 to 5 years.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (formerly SAP Data Warehouse Cloud)
Ensure high availability, performance, and quality of the platform across development, test, and production environments
Collaborate with infrastructure and data teams to ensure smooth data flow and platform integration
Support and optimize SQL-based data models and transformations within the Datasphere environment
Apply a solid understanding of data flows, pipeline structures, and integration between source systems and the analytics layer
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for operations, procedures, and incident handling
Participate in knowledge sharing, platform onboarding, and user enablement activities
Present platform updates or issue resolutions confidently in team or customer-facing meetings
Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to identify trends, risks, and areas for optimization
Maintain a high standard of work quality, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence

Skills:

At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with SAP Datasphere
Strong understanding of SQL development, data transformations, and query optimization
Good understanding of data flow concepts, ETL processes, and pipeline monitoring
Familiarity with databases and other relevant tools(SAP HANA, SAP BW / BWonHANA/ BW/4HANA, MS SQL, Oracle, Databricks)
Analytical mindset and structured approach to troubleshooting and optimization
Strong quality orientation and attention to detail
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude and customer-first mindset
