Enphase Energy is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers in Thailand with their Enphase solar PV systems. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing commissioning support via phone and email, and managing customer cases. The engineer will collaborate with Field Service Technicians and Field Applications Engineers, contribute to the support knowledge base, and stay updated on industry trends to offer expert guidance.

Must Have

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a relevant technical role
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Fluency in English (minimum business level)
  • Fluency in Thai
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, process-driven
  • Understanding of electrical systems, AC & DC circuits
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take responsibility for tasks from start to finish

##### About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support customers in Thailand. With our outstanding technical expertise, we at Enphase customer support are helping our customers to make the best use of their Enphase solar PV systems. The most advanced technology at Enphase allows us to monitor and control each component in the field. Industry-leading innovation and continuous learning allows us to always remain one step ahead of our installer partners and be well-equipped to provide professional support during the commissioning of new sites.

##### What you will be doing

  • Enhance customer experience: Assist homeowners and installers by resolving technical issues and providing support during commissioning via phone and email.
  • Case management: Track and document customer cases, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborative problem solving: Work closely with Enphase Field Service Technicians and Field Applications Engineers to resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge building: Utilize and update our support knowledge base, while continuously advancing your understanding of PV systems and technologies.
  • Continuous learning: Stay on top of the latest industry trends and developments to ensure our customers always receive expert-level guidance.

What you bring

  • Experience & education: At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a relevant technical role. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English (minimum business level) and Thai is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
  • Organizational skills: Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Tech savvy: Understanding of electrical systems, AC & DC circuits (PV knowledge is a plus). Familiarity with MS Office, and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Ownership & initiative: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take responsibility for tasks from start to finish.
