Job Summary
At Huuuge Games, a leading mobile game developer, a Senior Business Analyst will drive data-informed decisions for product, economy, and monetization strategies. This role involves deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy, providing strategic recommendations to product and design teams, building advanced dashboards in Tableau, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the player journey from acquisition to churn.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience as a data/business analyst in a product-driven or gaming organization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or a similar BI tool.
- Excellent business acumen and ability to quantify trade-offs, forecast impact, and support ROI-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Degree in a quantitative or qualitative field (statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, psychology, sociology).
Good to Have
- Experience in A/B testing frameworks and interpreting experiment results.
- Background in mobile gaming, social casino, or entertainment analytics.
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling or predictive analytics (e.g., LTV, retention, churn predictive models).

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that support our product, economy, and monetization strategies. You’ll be working on some of the most engaging casual games in the market, helping teams translate massive data sets into actionable insights that directly shape the future of our games.
How will you make an impact with us?
- Perform deep-dive analyses of player behavior and in-game economy to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities for growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations to product, monetization, and design teams based on player segmentation, retention, engagement, and LTV analysis.
- Build advanced dashboards and visualizations (primarily in Tableau) to help stakeholders track KPIs and monitor game health in real time.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with game teams, data engineering, and economy design to ensure alignment of insights and business goals.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas for optimization across the player journey — from acquisition to monetization and churn.
- Mentor junior analysts and help define analytical best practices within the team.
Job requirements
