Social Media Specialist (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Aither Entertainment is seeking a highly passionate Social Media Specialist to help spread Dood globally. The role involves creating and executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, enhancing community engagement, and tracking content performance. The specialist will brainstorm new digital marketing trends, work with community and marketing teams, and ensure consistent brand messaging across various platforms.

Must Have

• Brainstorm and research new digital marketing trends and activities of similar products / competitors
• Work closely with the Community team and Marketing team to develop social media strategies
• Follow daily trending topics and create interesting posts
• Create posts and provide ideas for visual graphics
• Engage with your audience
• Set KPIs for posts and campaigns such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes or comments
• Set up reporting schedules and formats to track and analyze performance
• Help create video scripts, storyboard and edit short-form videos
• Assist with outdoor photo/video shooting
• Ensure brand message is consistent
• A bachelor's degree in digital communications, advertising, journalism, business, marketing or public relations
• 2+ years' experience in digital marketing/social media marketing
• Mastery of social platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, 小紅書, 抖音, 快手, 微博
• Video, sound and image editing skills
• Knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, and creating engaging content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools: Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics
• Creative, proactive, and strong team player with excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Knowledge of skills: keyword research, content optimization, and creating engaging content
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools: Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics (track audience engagement and campaign performance)
• Creative, proactive, and strong team player with excellent communication skills.
