Job Summary
We are looking for a Media Manager to work on one of the agency's largest accounts, operating with a hybrid vision (on and off) and strong interface with global guidelines. The person will be responsible for the direct leadership of the team, ensuring organization, quality of deliveries, and alignment with brand strategies. It is a technical account, with Latam interaction, high complexity, and business vision.
Must Have
- Lead supervisor and assistant, ensuring alignment, development, and quality of deliveries.
- Conduct annual and monthly planning, executive reports, and strategic presentations.
- Unfold global guidelines for local operation, ensuring consistency and adherence.
- Defend media plans and recommendations with the client and in executive forums.
- Act on the front line of client management, with a strong focus on business and performance.
- Participate in Latam meetings and navigate technical discussions with confidence.
- Organize workflows, priorities, and internal processes to support the operation.
- Consolidated experience in hybrid media (digital + off).
- Previous experience as a Manager.
- Solid background in media planning, defense, and strategic support.
- Analytical capacity and business vision beyond media.
- Advanced English knowledge.

- Experience with global accounts is a plus.
