Senior Project Manager

Publicis Production EMEA Hub is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee client deliverables and teams, ensuring best practices in eCommerce production. The role involves independent project management, supervision of all implementation phases, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should have experience in campaign content production, eRetail platforms, agile methodologies, and tools like Jira. Must Have

• Project management across all areas of client deliverables and teams
• Resourcing/coordination
• Independent management of projects
• Supervision over all phases of project implementation
• Ensure eCommerce Production Best Practices are followed
• Cooperation with internal departments (strategy, creation, client service)
• Preparation of project documentation
• Running projects using production automation tools and methodologies (JIRA, Agile)
• Teams' projects oversight
• Handling stakeholder communication
• Experience in campaign content production industry
• Experience in running campaign assets production (offline & online)
• Knowledge of eRetail platforms
• Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations
• Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis, and project management tools
• Project management agile methodologies knowledge
• Experience with Jira, Teams, Sharepoint
• Very good English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Overview

• Project management across all areas of client deliverables and teams (copy, images, toolkits)
• Resourcing/coordination
• Independent management of the projects
• Supervision over all phases of the project implementation (design, copy, testing, implementation and support)
• Ensure eCommerce Production Best Practices are followed
• Cooperation with the internal departments of strategy, creation, client service
• Preparation of project documentation (schedule, reports, client statuses, etc.)
• Running projects using production automation tools and methodologies (JIRA, Agile, other internal tools)
• Teams' projects oversight
• Providing the wider Project Managers team support
• Delegating projects
• Handling stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Experience in the campaign content production industry or in a similar position
• Experience in running campaign assets production (offline & online)
• Knowledge of eRetail platforms (Experience is a strong plus)
• Ease to navigate in medium to complex stakeholder structures
• Ability to keep completed projects memory
• Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations
• Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis and experience with work project management tools
• Project management agile methodologies knowledge
• Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Teams, Sharepoint
• Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project (customer / customer service)
• Autonomy and independence in decision-making
• Experience in working with production at scale projects is nice to have
• Very good English language
• Following trends in the world of digital marketing and new technologies
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
