Job Summary

The Production Director will be fully responsible for establishing and optimizing the production command system, overseeing production planning, control, and supervision to ensure task completion. This role involves coordinating with sales, R&D, quality, and procurement departments. Key responsibilities include managing production processes, equipment, costs, and output, while continuously improving work performance and optimizing workflows. The director will also implement cost control measures, ensure product quality, develop and review production operation instructions, and conduct safety production education and oversight.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing
  • Proficient in modern enterprise management
  • Familiar with production procedures and quality standards
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and 6S management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in production control and on-site management
  • Proficient in all manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of production, warehouse, process, and quality management

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for establishing and improving the production command system, reviewing departmental production plans, controlling and supervising the production system, and ensuring the completion of production tasks.

2. Overall coordination and management of horizontal connections with sales, R&D, quality, procurement, and other departments.

3. Fully responsible for organizing, implementing, supervising, and regulating various process, equipment, cost, and output indicators in the production process.

4. Responsible for checking, supervising, and guiding subordinate departments to improve work performance and continuously optimize work processes.

5. Fully responsible for implementing and executing production cost control, ensuring continuous reduction of production costs while guaranteeing product quality.

6. Fully responsible for the formulation and review of production operation instructions, and for training and assessing relevant personnel for their positions.

7. Fully responsible for formulating safety production management methods, conducting safety production education for employees, regularly checking the implementation of departmental safety production, and monitoring standardized operating methods.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. More than 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing enterprise of a certain scale, with semiconductor industry experience preferred.

3. Proficient in advanced modern enterprise management knowledge and possess rich enterprise management experience.

4. Familiar with production procedures and production quality standards, understand quality/environmental management system processes such as IATF 16949, and familiar with 6S management.

5. Possess strong leadership, organizational coordination, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

6. Good at production control and on-site management, proficient in all aspects of manufacturing.

7. Possess knowledge in production management, warehouse management, process management, and quality management.
