The Financial Manager will develop and implement financial systems, control standards, and identify financial and tax risks. Additionally, the manager will handle tax planning, declarations, annual audits, and supervise accounting staff.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial systems and control standards for the company, and organize their implementation; assist clients in establishing financial or tax management models as needed; help the company identify financial and tax management issues and enterprise risks; help the company identify internal control issues and potential risks, and propose solutions.

2. Based on the financial management system formulated by the head office, comprehensively control the daily management, annual budget, and fund operations of the financial departments of each company, and report the implementation of financial systems and budgets effectively and timely. Cooperate with the head office in internal audits.

3. Organize the preparation of financial budgets for each company and be responsible for their implementation. Strictly control, account, and analyze various cost expenditures according to the financial budget, supervise cost expenditures, correctly calculate operating costs. Reasonably save expenses and improve efficiency.

4. Preside over the preparation of financial statements for each company, accurately and timely submit various internal management statistical reports as required, objectively and scientifically analyze the current month's operating status and budget execution for each company, and issue financial analysis reports to ensure the normal disclosure of financial information.

5. Monitor and forecast cash flow, accurately and timely report the monthly working capital plan for each company, analyze monthly fund usage, comprehensively manage and operate funds, and effectively control their risks. Ensure the safety and efficient operation of funds to meet the production and operation needs of all levels of the company.

6. Report to the CEO on the operating status, operating results, financial income and expenditure, and specific plan implementation of each company, provide financial analysis to senior management, and offer beneficial suggestions.

7. Based on national and local financial and tax policies, conduct overall tax planning and management for each company, complete tax declarations and various tax matters, as well as annual audit work on time. Comply with relevant laws and regulations and propose better schemes and measures for utilizing financial and tax policies.

8. Cooperate with the company's administrative department in the management of physical assets such as fixed assets and inventory, reconcile accounts, and ensure consistency between accounts and physical assets. Ensure standardized and orderly management of physical assets, with consistent accounts, cards, and physical items.

9. Review and supervise the work results of cashiers and accountants.

Job Requirements:

1. Age under 42 (can be relaxed for excellent candidates);

2. Bachelor's degree or above;

3. Manufacturing industry background with integrated production and sales, familiar with various financial modules in manufacturing.

4. Holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification;

5. Possesses experience in company listing.

6. Food company work background preferred, experience working for a service provider (Party B) preferred.
