Job Introduction

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning and implementation of projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality;

2. Conduct comprehensive management of the construction site, supervise project progress and quality, and coordinate to solve various problems during the construction process;

3. Maintain good communication with relevant units to ensure the smooth progress of the project;

4. Formulate and optimize project management processes to improve team work efficiency;

5. Responsible for team building and employee training to enhance team professional skills.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a relevant professional background in construction engineering management, Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Have more than 3 years of project manager work experience, experience in large-scale construction project management is preferred;

3. Familiar with construction engineering laws, regulations and standard specifications, understand construction site management processes;

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure;

5. Hold a Project Manager qualification certificate, possess strong leadership and organizational coordination skills;

6. Possess good site management experience and project management capabilities.
