Job Summary

The Senior Change Management Lead is a strategic advisor and hands-on leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role combines deep expertise in change management with strong business acumen and consultative skills to influence senior leadership and deliver measurable outcomes. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will own complex workstreams, integrate change strategies across programs, and ensure stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and aligned for success. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Change Management (U.S.-based) and requires proficiency in recognized methodologies such as Prosci and Kotter, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teams.

Must Have

  • Lead change strategy for major transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing insights on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies
  • Drive integration across multiple initiatives, ensuring a cohesive transformation experience for stakeholders
  • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Develop executive-level narratives and recommendations to inform decision-making and accelerate adoption
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure impact, track progress, and optimize change strategies
  • Influence senior leadership and partner with cross-functional teams to embed change into business processes
  • Identify risks, anticipate resistance, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Continuously innovate change approaches to fit complex, ambiguous environments
  • Prepare and deliver strategic presentations that articulate transformation progress, risks, and recommendations
  • Provide global change leadership by aligning regional strategies with enterprise objectives and ensuring cultural considerations are integrated into change plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management or project management
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives across global organizations
  • Strong ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Expertise in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and executive-level influence
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for senior audiences
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and ability to adapt methodologies for complex transformations
  • Alignment with Autodesk’s Culture Code values

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management or project management, with experience in a consulting or advisory capacity strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives across global organizations
  • Strong ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Expertise in stakeholder analysis, readiness assessment, and executive-level influence
