Must Have

Position Overview
Fusion is one of Autodesk's fastest growing businesses, and the expansion team fuels that momentum. We are hiring a Fusion Expansion Sales Specialist to grow Fusion inside high potential existing customers. You will drive incremental subscriptions, upgrade accounts into higher tier Fusion offerings, and activate Fusion's advanced data capabilities with PLM.
This is a digital first inside sales role. You run focused, high velocity sales cycles over phone and Zoom. You identify the strongest expansion plays inside active accounts and convert them into measurable revenue and usage growth. You will partner tightly with other expansion reps, the land team responsible for new customer acquisition, and a deep bench of Fusion data specialists and technical sellers who help you position the platform with confidence.

Responsibilities
- Expand Fusion customer accounts by finding high leverage workflows, teams, and product areas that benefit from more seats, advanced tiers, or PLM
- Run end to end virtual sales cycles - Qualify fast, align the solution, handle objections, and close
- Build targeted expansion plans for your territory that prioritize where Fusion delivers immediate lift
- Work closely with Fusion Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver sharp demos and technical validation
- Partner with the land team so customers experience consistent strategy and clean handoffs
- Multi thread inside accounts to uncover hidden opportunities and create expansion momentum
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Share insights, patterns, and repeatable plays that help the expansion team scale faster
- Expansion revenue from add on subscriptions, upgrades, and PLM or data solution sales
- Pipeline creation, progression, and forecast accuracy
- Impact and engagement across expansion, land, and technical teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management roles where revenue growth was the metric
- Confidence running virtual sales cycles without relying on in person meetings
- Ability to uncover expansion opportunities inside existing accounts and convert them into closed business
- Comfort engaging design, engineering, and manufacturing audiences
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders from technical users to leadership
- Interest in cloud native technology, Al driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation
