As part of Team Amex, you'll experience this powerful backing with comprehensive support for your holistic well-being and many opportunities to learn new skills, develop as a leader, and grow your career.Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future.### Job DescriptionEnsure KYC Information is validated and submitted to Regulators in accordance with SBS/GDC regulations/guidelines and in partnership with the Compliance team* Relevant System Updates* Coordination for Record Retention and Retrieval* Update Customer demographic information on Source of Record* Work with Different Linkages for Effective Execution of Team Objectives* Teamwork in Implementing Key Initiatives to Achieve the Objectives of The Unit* Complete All Transactions Agreed with The Customer and Adhere to All Timelines and Deadlines Set* Handling customer escalations and providing relevant resolutions* Assisting various stakeholders such as Compliance, GCP, ECU for adhoc activities* Participate, Collate, Generate and Report MIS to various stakeholders* Communication to be shared between KYC and SRT (Front line team) for customer’s input### Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree* Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and Joining date* Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Good communication and interpersonal skills* A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges* Ability to maintain confidentiality### Preferred Qualifications* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)* Ability to work effectively in a team environmentWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
