Job Summary

The Apprentice GNA role at American Express is a hybrid position focused on reviewing and approving new and existing customer applications. Responsibilities include providing one-touch solutions to US customers, ensuring timely and error-free processing, and adhering to outlined procedures. Apprentices are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, act as brand ambassadors, and support daily new account processes and initiatives within a 24/7 shift environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and a willingness to learn.

Must Have

  • Timely and error-free processing of card applications.
  • Provide excellent service to US card applicants/Card Members.
  • Processing of applications by ensuring complete analysis of available data on profile, adhering to outlined procedures.
  • Ability to connect with customers and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service etiquettes.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Support all other day-to-day new account processes and all new initiatives.
  • Shift timings – 24/7.

Good to Have

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

How will you make an impact in this role?

At GNA we review and approve the applications for new customers and existing customers. We not only approve the application; however, we provide one touch solution to US Customers

We are a team of 150+ CCP’S delivering extra ordinary customer service since we are the first face of the organization.

We work both inbound and outbound.

  • Timely And Error Free Processing of Card Applications.
  • Provide excellent service to US card applicants/Card Members
  • Processing Of Applications by Ensuring Complete Analysis of Available Data on Profile, adhering to outlined Procedures.
  • Ability to connect with customer’s and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
  • Ability to Demonstrate exceptional customer service etiquettes
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for the company
  • Support All Other Day-To-Day New A/C Processes and All New Initiatives
  • Shift Timings – 24*7

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and Joining date
  • Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
