Job Summary
The Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting non-technical trainings, including behavioral and soft skills. The role also involves assisting in audits, document review, departmental activities, and training coordination. Additionally, the specialist will impart LMS and HRMS training as needed. A graduate qualification is required for this role, along with excellent communication, presentation, and content design skills.
Must Have
- Conducting Non-Technical Trainings - Behavioral, Soft skills etc.
- Assisting in Audits, Document Review, departmental activities and if needed in Training Co-ordination activities.
- Imparting LMS HRMS Training as and when needed.
- A graduate qualification.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Content designing using PPT / Canva.
