Job Summary
Lead overall HRMS sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, build and manage a multi-tier sales team, and drive consistent revenue growth. Build and maintain CXO-level relationships, collaborate with internal teams, track sales KPIs, and ensure smooth client handover. Stay updated on market trends and foster a performance-driven culture. Personally manage strategic accounts and escalations.
Must Have
- Lead overall HRMS sales strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and manage a multi-tier sales team; ensure achievement of sales targets
- Create go-to-market plans and drive consistent revenue growth
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships across diverse industries
- Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment and delivery
- Track sales KPIs, monitor pipeline, and provide leadership insights
- Ensure smooth client handover to implementation/support teams
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor positioning
- Represent the company at events, client meetings, and product demos
- Foster a performance-driven culture within the sales team
- Personally manage strategic accounts and escalations when required
- 15+ years of experience in HRMS/SaaS product sales
- Minimum 6 years in a senior or leadership role
- Experience selling to SMBs, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SaaS-based solutions
- Proven team leadership, client management, and communication skills
