Develop and implement business objectives and plans for the area of responsibility, ensuring that the team's business activities are executed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, following the company's compliance standards Achieve and consistently exceed regional business objectives through coaching and day-to-day management excellence of team members
- Client Management and Brand Management
Lead the team to establish efficient and long-term relationships with regional customers through academic visits, and continuously enhance customers' recognition and reputation of the company and products. Work closely with cross-functional departments of the company (marketing, access, medicine, etc.) and participate in or develop professional promotional activities in the area of responsibility in order to establish good internal and external interactions and communication. Responsible for driving and managing COE hospital setup and process improvement to meet business standards and requirements.
- Team and Personnel Management
Assist the Regional Director to formulate budgets and follow up the implementation of the budgets to ensure the rational and effective utilization of resources in accordance with the company's regulations and under the premise of compliance. Complete the recruitment of team members with high quality, conduct performance management and career development guidance for team members. Demonstrate professional leadership and dedication by practicing company values and leadership related expectations. Provide timely feedback to the Regional Director on the market situation and complete other tasks as required by the department.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
