Job Summary
Trend Micro is seeking a Major Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City to drive growth within major enterprise accounts, particularly in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role involves owning and growing a portfolio of BFSI clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving new business, and expanding existing relationships. The manager will engage C-level stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams, and manage forecasting to ensure customer success and exceed sales quotas.
Must Have
- Own and grow a portfolio of major enterprise accounts, with a core focus on BFSI clients
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships to exceed sales quotas
- Work with channel partners, resellers, and Global System Integrators (GSIs)
- Identify client pain points, planned initiatives, and strategic direction
- Build executive-level relationships, particularly within IT Security, Risk, and Compliance functions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other internal tools
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans
- 5+ years of BFSI account management experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions
- Experience selling to BFSI clients in Vietnam
- Proven experience working within Cyber Security Space
- Strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains, including network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, cloud security, and XDR
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid IT environments
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience

- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of the local Vietnamese enterprise market and regulatory environment, especially in BFSI

We are seeking a results-driven Major Account Manager (MAM) based in Ho Chi Minh City to drive Trend Micro’s growth within major enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
This role is ideal for a cybersecurity sales professional with a proven track record at Cyber Security space who can proactively engage BFSI customers, develop deep relationships, and drive end-to-end sales cycles.
Account Management & Sales Execution
- Own and grow a portfolio of major enterprise accounts, with a core focus on BFSI clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, aligning Trend Micro’s cybersecurity solutions to the client’s business and IT needs.
- Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships to exceed sales quotas.
- Work with channel partners, resellers, and Global System Integrators (GSIs) to execute go-to-market strategies.
Customer Engagement
- Identify client pain points, planned initiatives, and strategic direction; position Trend Micro’s solutions accordingly.
- Build executive-level relationships, particularly within IT Security, Risk, and Compliance functions.
- Collaborate with internal technical consultants, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer success.
Internal Collaboration & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans.
- Provide regular updates to regional leadership on account progress, risks, and competitive insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of BFSI account management experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or cloud solutions.
- Experience selling to BFSI clients in Vietnam is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working within Cyber Security Space.
- Strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
