Appier is seeking a commercially driven Partnership Manager to expand its Enterprise Solutions in Japan. This role involves identifying and sourcing new distribution partners, qualifying them based on Appier's strategic needs, and building strong relationships. The manager will serve as the main point of contact, bridging internal resources to onboard partners, formulating strategic business plans with clear objectives, and managing channel performance to maximize mutual success.

Must Have

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with a relevant background in Solution Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Development
  • Commercially driven and a strong ambition to succeed

Good to Have

  • Adtech/Martech industry knowledge
  • Experience in either Cloud Services, ISV, MSP or a similar solution targeting Enterprise/Mid-Market markets
  • Process driven, able to manage partner onboarding and forecasting
  • Business English Level

We're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Partnership Manager to scale our Enterprise Solutions presence in Japan.

About the role

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for sourcing new distribution partners for our Enterprise Solutions suite within the Japan region, analyzing and qualifying in accordance to Appier’s strategic needs. You will build close relationships with Appier’s channel partners and ensure performance standards. You will work with both our partners and internal teams to formulate a business plan and its operations to maximise mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new partners within Japan, with a strong understanding of Appier’s Enterprise Solution product and market needs
  • Serve as a main POC between Appier and potential partners, bridging internal resources to onboard new partners
  • Formulating a strategic business plan with clear objectives for new partners including Go-To-Market plans
  • Manage partner relations and channel performance, review & identify areas of improvement, implementing changes as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience, with a relevant background in Solution Sales/Business Development/Partnership Development
  • Commercially driven and a strong ambition to succeed

Nice to have:

  • Adtech/Martech industry knowledge
  • Experience in either Cloud Services, ISV, MSP or a similar solution targeting Enterprise/Mid-Market markets
  • Process driven, able to manage partner onboarding and forecasting
  • Business English Level

Working Conditions:

  • Employment type: Full-time employee
  • Working hours: Flextime system (Core time: 10:30-15:30)
  • *Basically, you will be required to come to the office for the first 3-6 months after joining.
  • Paid leave: 12 days in the first year (2 days upon joining, statutory paid leave granted 6 months after joining date)
