Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for writing detailed functional and business requirements documents, and Data Flow Diagrams. They will translate business requirements into functional specifications for the software team, interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure user acceptance testing. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a readiness to visit client locations and support the sales team as needed.

Must Have

  • Writing detailed functional requirements documents, business requirements documents, and Data Flow Diagrams.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications for the software team.
  • Interacting with clients, stakeholders, and users to collect requirements.
  • Understanding business needs and converting them for the software development team.
  • Performing User Acceptance Test and cross-verifying business requirements with developed applications.
  • Understanding Change Request flow.
  • Possessing very good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrating strong analytical ability and good interpersonal skills.
  • Having good presentation skills.
  • Being a good team player, working closely with the development team.
  • Ready to visit client locations as required.
  • Able to support sales team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
  • Diploma in Computer Engineering field
