Micron is seeking a Generative AI Executive Enablement Coach to help senior leaders confidently adopt and apply AI tools in their day-to-day work. This role is focused on mentoring, coaching, and training executives to use AI effectively—not just advising on strategy. You will work side-by-side with C-suite and VP-level leaders to explore practical AI use cases, experiment with tools, and build skills that improve efficiency and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Coaching on AI Tools: Act as a trusted mentor for senior leaders, helping them understand and apply Generative AI in practical ways. Provide one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions focused on real business scenarios, such as improving efficiency, enhancing decision-making, or innovating processes.
- Hands-On Enablement: Guide executives through using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, UIPath, and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP). Demonstrate how these tools can solve everyday challenges, and help leaders experiment with low-code or packaged AI solutions relevant to their roles.
- Interactive Training & Workshops: Design and deliver engaging sessions that build confidence and skills in AI usage. Examples include:
- Prompt engineering for Generative AI
- Integrating AI into executive workflows
- Exploring industry-specific AI use cases These sessions should be practical, collaborative, and tailored to executive needs.
- Real-World Use Case Development: Partner with leaders to find opportunities where AI can add new value. Work through actual business problems, suggest potential solutions, and guide early experimentation—helping executives see tangible benefits before formal projects begin.
- Trend Translation for Leaders: Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry guidelines. Summarize trends in clear, business-focused language and share insights on how they can impact leadership priorities.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Micron’s AI Center of Excellence and technical teams to ensure executive-led ideas are feasible and aligned with enterprise standards. Act as a bridge between business leadership and technical experts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- AI Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML, data science, or related roles, with hands-on experience implementing AI solutions (especially Generative AI or NLP).
- Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot, UIPath, and cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Executive-Level Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, actionable terms. Strong presence and credibility with senior leaders.
- Mentorship & Training Skills: Experience coaching or training professionals in new technologies. Comfortable leading workshops and interactive sessions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of executive priorities and enterprise operations. Ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading AI adoption programs or pilot projects.
- Broad awareness of enterprise AI solutions beyond Generative AI.
- Passion for continuous learning and sharing AI guidelines.
- Change management experience to help leaders embrace new technology.
