Job Summary
Responsible for concept excavation, overall design, and implementation of game IP peripheral derivatives, ensuring design style aligns with project tone and consumer needs. Propose product creative plans based on IP characteristics and user demands, explore market trends, and quickly produce design renderings. Independently complete product design, manage development progress, and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement. Oversee design quality and progress, communicate with production teams, and participate in product supervision.

- Understanding of mainstream IP derivative design processes.
- Familiarity with paper, acrylic, tinplate badge design/production.
- Controlling accuracy from design to post-production.

1. Accurately extract IP derivative product selling points, responsible for the concept excavation, overall design, and implementation of game IP peripheral derivatives. Ensure the design style conforms to the project tone and meets the needs of IP consumers.
2. Based on IP characteristics and user needs, propose product creative planning solutions; explore market trends for new product excavation, and be able to quickly produce design renderings.
3. Capable of independently completing product design, ensuring product development progress and output.
4. Continuously analyze user feedback and usage data after product launch, constantly improving the product's user experience.
5. Control the design quality and progress of the responsible projects, be familiar with the IP you are responsible for, and do a good job in design supervision.
6. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the merchandise production team, participate in merchandise supervision, and promote merchandise implementation.
Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of relevant work experience in animation/game/cultural and creative peripheral derivatives, familiar with production processes and procedures, with successful product launch experience, and experience in plush toy design and production preferred.
2. Proficient in using PS/AI/SAI and other drawing software to complete derivative product design work, with good drawing ability, and proficiency in P4 software operation preferred.
3. Possess excellent aesthetic ability, excellent modeling and color ability, have some research on derivative design and fashion trends, understand the craftsmanship and materials of various peripherals, and be able to skillfully combine craftsmanship and design.
4. Bachelor's degree or above in related design majors such as visual/industrial/product/graphic design, interested in game peripheral design, understand the design and production process of mainstream IP derivatives, familiar with the design application and production process of paper printed materials, acrylic, and tinplate badges, and control the accuracy and completeness from design finalization to post-production.
5. Possess innovative spirit and good teamwork spirit, with certain anti-pressure ability, team management experience preferred, and experience in coordinating with large teams and factories preferred.
6. Please provide personal derivative design works and personal drawing works with your resume, requiring at least five different categories of peripheral derivative independent design displays.
