Job Summary

An AV Engineer L2 is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment and systems, ensuring seamless functionality for various applications. Key duties include assisting users with AV peripherals, supervising AV-related systems, troubleshooting conference room equipment, providing AVIT infrastructure support, managing user tickets, and overseeing software/firmware updates and asset management. The role requires 4-6 years of experience and knowledge of preparing Bills of Material.

Must Have

  • Assist authorized users with installation of applications and AV peripherals
  • Supervise administration of AV-related systems for service availability
  • Troubleshoot and manage AV equipment in conference rooms
  • Provide AVIT infrastructure support via phone, email, remote login, or instant messenger
  • Address user tickets related to AV hardware, software, and networking
  • Manage software patches and firmware updates
  • Oversee internal asset management
  • Handle warranty management
  • Configure and troubleshoot AV connectivity for Zoom Rooms, boardrooms, and Asakai
  • Verify and fix cabling issues at the Client’s premises
  • Escalate issues to appropriate third party for resolution and manage the process
  • Close tickets once service requests are resolved
  • Education Qualification - Diploma/B Tech or similar
  • 4-6 Years of experience
  • Knowledge of preparing BOM

Position Overview:

An AV Engineer L2, or Audio-Visual Engineer, is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment and systems. Their role is critical in ensuring that AV systems function seamlessly for various applications.

  • Assisting authorized users with the installation of applications and AV peripherals.
  • Supervising the administration of AV-related systems to ensure service availability for authorized users. - Troubleshooting and managing AV equipment in conference rooms.
  • Providing AVIT infrastructure support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, remote login, or instant messenger.
  • Addressing user tickets related to AV hardware, AV software, and AV networking. - Managing software patches and firmware updates.
  • Overseeing internal asset management - Handling warranty management.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting AV connectivity for Zoom Rooms, boardrooms, and Asakai
  • Verifying and fixing cabling issues at the Client’s premises.
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate third party for resolution, when necessary, and managing the resolution process with the third party until completion.
  • Closing a ticket once the service request has been resolved.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Education Qualification - Diploma/B Tech or similar.
  • Experience – 4- 6 Years
  • Knowledge of preparing BOM.
